It had been an unusual week. Craig Thompson had become well known through the crews and squads as work had started and he had heard some unusual rumors and even saw some weird things. There was many reports of people being awoken from cryo sleep with no memories or horribly fuzzy memories. Stories had already started to spread about cryo tubes with strange lettering on it.

From what Craig had heard, there were members of the squads who was unsure how they thought about the Kevin Mock, the person who rumors circled around that he somehow was the one writing on the tubes. So much so that some of the squad members seemed almost protect of Spencer Klein, the seemingly normal man that Kevin was obsessed with. Spencer had passed out the moment he had woken up and now, a week later, still was lying in a medical bed passed out.

There were other rumors he had heard in passing. Something about a genetic scientist who had disappeared, that the squad leader Leo Corr was deathly ill (which Craig thought might explain his unsettled personality and erratic appearances), the work load had been too much of strain on Gilmour which was why he was rarely seen, he had heard that Kevin Mock had started meetings with a scientist named Cruxious. Craig didn't pay much attention to these rumors because he was far more concerned with the fact that he had not seen his squad leader, Daniel Boxwell, in over a week. The squad had no idea what had happened. They were scared for him.

Rumors and whispers had already began about the planet. Even though no one had seen any bit of danger, everyone was starting to think that they was something going on there.

"All endeavor calls for the ability to tramp the last mile, shape the last plan, endure the last hours toil. The fight to the finish spirit is the one characteristic we must posses if we are to face the future as finishers." - Henry David Thoreau
